Academic Dishonesty - Consequences and Procedures


The following chart illustrates the procedure by which the Psychology department handles alleged academic dishonesty. "Is it Real?" decision stages refer to decisions that the department must make. If the "Inform Student" stage is reached and the student accepts the charge, then the department engages the University's Student Affairs office, as indicated in the lower chart.
