Title of experiment: Academic Experiences Survey
Brief description of study: 
This study examines personality and goals and preparation for course exams. The study involves completing online surveys in two steps:
1. Complete one online 20-to-30 minute survey no later than midnight on October 28th. Your Instructor will Email you the link to the survey OR,
Go to the following address to take the survey now:

2. Complete one online 8-to-10 minute survey each day for seven days prior to your next Introduction to Psychology exam. You will receive a link via Email to access the survey each day beginning seven days before your next exam.

Title of experiment: Improving Law Enforcement Recruitment of Students
Brief description of the study: The first survey will look at participants’ perception of the visibility of marketing, social networking and attractiveness of organization before the introduction of the marketing material. A second survey will assess the Brevard Police’s recruitment effectiveness, attractiveness, and intentions to apply after they have viewed their respective material.

Title of experiment: Employment Discrimination
Brief description of the study: Participants will read a summary of an employment discrimination case and then render an individual verdict.  Participants will also make decisions on damages and answer general questions about the case.

Title of experiment: Interpersonal Skills Training
Brief description of the study: Participants will take part in a role-playing video-game. Participants will play the role of a U.S. Soldier and will be given a mission that will require them to maneuver through the virtual environment and speak to virtual humans in order to accomplish their goal. After completion of the video-game participants will fill out paper measures regarding their experiences and what they learned in the video-game.

Title of experiment: Goal Setting
Brief description of the study: Participants will complete several trials of a visual perception task. They will also complete self-report measures related to the task, as well as self-report personality inventories. The study takes 1 hour.
