Greg Tupper graduated in 2005. He is a Talent Management Specialist at Tesoro Corporation in San Antonio, TX. Tesoro is an independent refiner and marketer of petroleum products. Greg designs and maintains Tesoro’s talent management systems that are used throughout the organization. The systems include leadership and functional competency models, selection systems, individual performance evaluations, developmental evaluations and plans, succession planning, and organizational survey initiatives.
Prior to Tesoro, Greg was a Consultant for HRD Solutions in Dallas, TX. He worked with clients from a variety of industries on cultural change, employee selection, and the research and development of talent assessment programs.
Greg earned a bachelors degree in Business Management from McNeese State University in 2003 and a masters degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology in 2005. Greg’s professional affiliations include the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology and the Society for Human Resource Management. |
