Amanda Evans graduated from the Florida Tech Doctorate program in 2005 and is currently a Consultant for CraftSystems, Inc. in Bradenton, Florida. CraftSystems is a 28-year industry leader in HR consulting with an emphasis in talent assessments. With over 1 million of CraftSystems’ assessments administered, Amanda is a member of the research team who provides data-driven customized solutions for an array of companies. Assessment solutions include personality, biodata, cognitive ability, and staff culture. Because many of CraftSystems’ assessments are used for hiring peak performers, Amanda spends the majority of her time conducting criterion validation studies and adverse impact analyses. Amanda holds the PHR designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
In 2007, Amanda will be presenting papers at the Association of Test Publishers (ATP), International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMAAC), and American Psychological Association (APA). In addition to ATP and APA, Amanda is also a member of SIOP, SHRM, and the Academy of Management. Amanda currently resides in Tampa, Florida.
