Mary Beth Kenkel, Ph.D.
Dean of College of Psychology and Liberal Arts
Dr. Kenkel’s research interests include women’s behavioral healthcare, rural mental health, preventive psychology, psychology and technology, professional psychology education, and emerging areas for professional psychology.

Felipa Chavez, Ph.D.
Dr. Chavez's research interests include: racial/ethnic identity, substance abuse/addictions, child abuse and neglect.

Richard T. Elmore, Jr., Ph.D.
Director of Clinical Training

Dr. Elmore's research interests include post-tramatic stress disorder, marital and sex therapy.

Philip D. Farber, Ph.D.

Program Chair

Dr. Farber's research interests include rural psychology and psychological assessment using the 16PF Fifth Edition.

Thomas H. Harrell, Ph.D.

Dr. Harrell’s research interests include how cognitive control strategies and compensatory processes alter in aging, along with the functional consequences of cognitive change.

Dr. Krishnamurthy’s research interests include personality assessment, application of psychological assessment in treatment, and development of professional competencies

Dr. Paula Wolfteich's research intrest include child maltreatment investigation and treatment models, infant and preschool assessment and early intervention for behavior and developmental
disorders, clinical training and supervision.

Juanita N. Baker, Ph.D.
Dr. Baker's research interests include child sexual abuse, measurements of behavioral change (child misbehavior, grieving, depression, and eating disorders), group psychoeducational approaches, evaluation of teaching and program effectiveness, women’s issues, effects of early intellectual stimulation.
Thomas Peake, Ph.D.
Dr. Peake’s research interests include brief therapy, neuropsychology, and the use of movies in psychoeducation.
