Welcome to the behavior analysis programs at Florida Tech. If you are interested in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), I encourage you to take a look at what we offer. Our program offers three specialty degree options to suit a variety of interests. The M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis prepares students to attain certification as Board Certified Behavior Analysts® and enter the field as highly trained practitioners or pursue further graduate training in doctoral programs. This program focuses on the application of basic behavioral principles to the areas of autism, other developmental disabilities, education, and other related fields. The M.S. degree in Organizational Behavior Management emphasizes many of the same content areas as the ABA program, but with a focus on the application of behavior analysis to business and industry. Also, students can elect to complete both options and earn an M.S. degree with specialization in both ABA and OBM.
